If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, missing, or unusable, please contact us within 20 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
After reviewing your request, our support team may offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund when eligible.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or unusable.
Customer results vary. This guarantee does not promise a specific skin result, overnight transformation, or guaranteed improvement in dark spots or uneven-looking tone.
Return eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original packaging.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
